2. Did you mean to write "by acting like a Republican" instead of
"with TOO MUCH DEMOCRACY?" If so, I agree with you.

Hillary Clinton: "It'll be over by February 5th."
Q: Since when did Clinton care about letting every state count?

A: Since she was losing.

3. hmmm.... hey how come the republicans are not complaining that they don't get to vote?
Edited on Tue May-13-08 08:55 PM by nomad1776
After all all that's left is McCain. Seems to me it's natural for the LOSERS to drop out, once it's clear they can't win. It's about doint the RIGHT THING, not this FALSE claim of democracy.

34. The Loser Just Thumped The Living Shit Out Of The Presumptive Nominee.
Edited on Tue May-13-08 11:11 PM by OPERATIONMINDCRIME
Give whatever excuses and childish retorts of taunting stupidity that ya want. She has been and still is a contender, even if at this late stage now far more of a longshot one. But is she still viable? Can't have the presumptive nominee take a 40 point pummeling and say she ain't. That would just make someone look like a brain dead moron.

5. Does her/your version of "democracy" ...
encourage unelected, unaccountable party insiders overturn the will of rank-in-file caucusers and voters?

Does her/your version of "democracy" encourage the dismissal of the electoral processes in caucus states by saying we should focus on a fictional metric of "the popular vote"?

Color me curious.

16. My version of democracy is the same now as Hillary's was before she started to LOSE.
and before she morphed into a whiny little megalomaniacal goal-post mover.

Does she make you proud?

In essence, HRC is DESTROYING our Party. :(

37. Ohh, and fuck caucuses too!
And states with lots of AA voters!
And states with small populations!

I'm all for letting this play out, for the same reason I'm willing to watch a little league team keep playing when they're in the ninth inning, losing by 40-10. The kids love to play, and playing is more important to them than winning.

I suspect Hillary feels the same way.

12. Let her go to the end of the primary season. three more weeks, no big deal
Obama will win Oregon, Montana and South Dakota and she will take Kentucky and Puerto Rico. He will keep the popular vote lead, the most pledged delegates, and most states won (by far) and the super delegates, as Reid, Pelosi and Dean have said will quickly end this by the end of the first week of June. Already SD's are coming out strongly for him. What's three more weeks?

15. we will
look i've been an obama supporter ever since mark warner dropped out, but what everyone on every side always seems to forget is that these primaries and caucuses have brought out democrats in multiples of numbers of republicans even in the thick of their contest. the fact that it's been over for hillary for a while now and yet we still see a lot of dems coming out is a good sign for november that once the easy distinction between mccain and any dem is drawn, we're going to molly whop the gop.

funny how you hillbots always forget to mention that she wanted and expected it to be over on super Tuesday. You forget to mentin that she also supported the punishment for Fl and Mi before it became apparent that she would be defeated.
