Florida and Michigan broke the rules they should pay the price or just divide equally the delegates between those who were in the race at the time of the primary which would include for Michigan Edwards,Biden,Richardson...ect...Entitlement Hillary should not get one more delegate then she deserves, Hillary should not be allowed to rewrite the rules to fit her desires.
