Bush appeasement speech
This was one of the oldest GOP traps in the book. Only a novice would have walked right into it. No... wait... bingo!

5. Oldest GOP traps? It was the biggest mistake ever.
Never before has a President delivered a political attack in front of a foreign body.

It made him look stupid and the Obama sealed the deal.

It was a gaffe of shrubs part and then Obama decimated McSame and bush.

Brilliantly played by our nominee don't you think?

6. Your concern is duly noted
The Republican party thanks you for your assistance in trying to frame the debate, but is quite capable of self-destruction without outside help.

Edited on Fri May-16-08 09:31 PM by walldude
What was it Neville Chamberlin did in 1938 that caused Bush to compare him to Obama?

10. They have managed to make Obama look stronger than McCain
Edited on Fri May-16-08 09:32 PM by BrentTaylor
on what McCain considers his biggest strength.

I think they thought he was going to stand their weak like Kerry. And instead they got more than they bargained for. The news cycle has been A+ for Obama. Maybe you should turn off Faux and you'll see that.

(save for Fox news...I don't know what they are saying, you will have to excuse me for not being able to stomach that mess) is pretty much in agreement that McCain is the one who stepped into the trap and that Obama came out in flying colors today.
