Predicting the Future
Fast forward: The date is June 3, 2008. All primaries are over, pledged delegates are tallied, and enough super delegates have spoken to give Senator Obama the magic number of 2025 along with the title of presumptive nominee.

Wait - Hold ON!!

Is that Senator Clinton taking the stage to give a speech? Will she concede the nomination and begin healing wounds? Will the great divide in the Democratic party finally begin to close?

Let’s listen and hear what has she has to say.

1. She's so divisive. It makes me want to tear her eyes out.

2. Lawsuits
I can't help but think there is going to be a flurry of lawsuits like we saw in FL 2000. I guarantee Hillary already has the lawyers on retainer, and that they've drafted the pleadings. They're just waiting for the right time.

I officially predict: HILLARY WILL FILE LAWSUITS to try to get the nomination.

3. That's already being done in Florida, one small problem, state laws can not dictate whether or .....
not a party's rules are favorable to them. As long as the DNC worked within the structure of their rules, there's nothing that Florida law can do about it. Let's see if it goes to the federal level.

4. Who is going to pay for all those Lawyers?
She owes money to practically everyone...even to herself. She still hasn't paid Dunkin Donuts for those boxes of "bearclaws" and "Jelly-O's" in Iowa.

5. She'll find some big money donor to cover the cost in the "interest of fairness".

6. Hey, maybe it gets so tied up in the courts, the Dems wouldn't
be able to field a candidate so the Pubs win by default. Or, maybe Obama goes ahead and wins the election while the cases are being tried, Clinton wins the lawsuits and has the election annulled. Then the Supreme Court could appoint the President as they did in 2000.

On second thought, maybe there shouldn't be any lawsuits about this. It's not safe, especially when the Republicans own the Court system and the Justice Department.

7. Seriously, if out nominee is appointed by the courts - it's just another Rovian tactic .........
by the Clinton campaign.

8. We definitely don't want ANY court deciding about the next
election. We've had enough of that already.
