8. Money raising and financial soundness are important vetting metrics
And the fact that Obama has broken all previous records with mostly small contributions is a big plus.

9. And Bush raised more money than Gore or Kerry
I just don't tie the ability to raise huge amounts of money to the candidate as a whole. In fact, i think there's too much money involved. Choosing to take public financing tanked Edwards early. It shouldn't have.
