What is a unique mail in primary? for you folks in Oregon?
Sorry to be ignorant, I just don't know what that means?

1. All voting in Oregon is done by mail....that makes it unique.
Washington state is getting pretty close to that.

5. Yeah, in WA we are pretty much all mail-in too.
I know it came about with us after the gubernatorial fiasco in '04.

4. Oregon's the only state with all mail-in voting - hence, unique.
They have a fantastic system that's pretty fraud-proof - I wish all states could have their system.

7. I live in Washington State...
...and it's been quite a few years since I've actually went to a polling place. I've voted by mail for quite a long time and certainly prefer to do it that way.

but first we'll have to get mail delivery in all parts of the state.
