It's Not "Giving Up," Hillary - It's CONCEDING
"Giving Up" would be to back away when you still had a chance to win. But there are not enough primaries for you to win anymore. There are not enough delegates for you to win. Your use of "the popular vote" is both intellectually insulting and flat-out wrong.

You.

Have.

LOST.

So backing out of the campaign now is NOT "giving up," it's "CONCEDING," and you should learn how to do it, for the love of God.

CONCEDE, HILLARY

2. But if she concedes, they'll cancel all of the remaining primaries...
Edited on Tue May-20-08 11:29 PM by MercutioATC
...and we should count every vote. Everybody should get a chance to vote!

Oh, wait...everybody will still get a chance to vote, won't they?

8. Hmm... When is the last time that primaries this late have "counted"?
Edited on Tue May-20-08 11:50 PM by calipendence
I would wager it was a VERY long time! So it's not like this is a unique situation. It is more of a DAMN EXCUSE for her to continue to screw the Democrats in this election so that she can have at it again in 2012! Oh yes, I guess this time they will have a chance to and always in the past had a chance to vote!

I didn't get a chance to vote for who I wanted in the last two election primaries in California (Dean and Edwards), but still voted for them anyway!

The goal of that game is to win, not become a martyr.

20. BBC had a nice segment about this, with her in mind
how very difficult it can be, but how civilized the act of conceding is.
