Hillar y Should Stay In As Long as She Wants
As long as she stops trying to use thinly veiled racist appeals to get votes and support.
And as long as she stops playing faux-feminist guilt trips on the women of America (support me becuz i woman).
And as long as she stops attacking Obama with Rovian talking points.
And as long as she is building the Democratic Party not the Party of Clinton.
And as long as she will represent the best interests of the country instead of the best interests of Hillary.
And as long as she will be truthful with her statements.
And as long as her campaign will stop trying to make specious arguments of "electiness"
And as long as she publicly recognizes that Obama is going to be the nominee because of the delegate rules and the math
And as long as she admits that defeating Obama in a redneck state is not an indicator of what will happen in the general election
And as long as she runs against the criminal Republican Party that has thrown the country into turmoil and poverty
And as long as she admits that all that money she voted to be spent in Iraq could actually be helpful in our own country
And as long as she keeps Bill in his corner before he further degrades his once-wonderful legacy.
And as long as she stops saying things like "God Bless Us Rich People" when 95% of the US is hurting badly
And as long as she stops telling her bloggers and supporters ridiculous lies about how she can still win.
And as long as she is truthful about how much money she is, or isn't raising.
And as long as she is willing to allow Senator Obama to pick his own VP without threats or intimidation from the Clintons.
And as long as she will finally explain her vote to authorize the Iraq war.
And as long as she will finally explain her vote to support the Bankruptcy Reform bill which was really a Wall Street bailout and the legalization of credit card usury and other evil stuff.

Go for it, Hillary.

(Yes, I am male. Yes, I am an Obama supporter, but only after Edwards and Kucinich dropped out. And yes, I would love more than anything to have a female president. Just not Hillary. Wake up America! She is not the Goddess of Peace, she is trapped in her own hopeless ego trip!)

1. So she can stay in the race as long as she doesn't campaign AND endorses Obama.. Got it.
Should Obama keep Michelle in her corner? What are the spouses, dogs?

5. There's a way to be the opposition that's called high ground
I have no problem with Bill campaigning for her as long as he works the high ground as well. Let's be honest here. There are three main reasons why Republicans get elected President:

1. They are allowed to pander to our base instincts, like racism, sexism, genderism, faith, and other divisive themes that put just enough angry people in their column

2. The Republicans own the media

3. The Republicans own the vote counting machines.

I would like to see Bill Clinton not stoop to #1. I don't see Michelle Obama doing that. If we Democrats can own the high ground, this time it should work. With Bush at 23% approval, people are seeking unity, not divisions. Let's unite.

4. Yep. She can do whatever 'she wants'
Key words being 'she wants'.

The real question is, what do we want? Do we want her to stay in the race for god knows what reason(s) at this point? Everyone has their own answer to that question.

Is she really angling for the veep position? Really? Who can tell me that in the real world (where most of us reside) she'll be able to make that "pivot" that Michelle whatsername was talking about in MSNBC last night. No pivot possible. She'd be doing the worlds greatest flip-flop to accept the veep position and try to make everyone believe that she stands by Obama when she's been tearing him down using right-wing tactics for the last few months.

That would be a pretty hard pill to swallow.

To be clear, I will vote for the Democratic nominee (no matter who it is or who the veep selection is). Hillary Clinton will have to do a lot of work to get back into my good graces after this fiasco of a campaign she's been running.

Go for it Hillary, you've got nothing to lose but respect and millions of dollars.
