Clinton Chief Strategist: June 3 May Not End It
Geoff Garin tells MSNBC the Senator may keep fighting past the primaries, since “there are enough uncommitted delegates left for either candidate to earn a majority.”

“At some point a candidate will have a majority (of delegates) needed to win the nomination, but we have not reached that point yet. We probably won’t reach that point on June 3.”

Adds: “In these swing states– Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia– we think there’s been a clear demonstration that Sen. Clinton is the more effective candidate, the candidate who more voters rally around as the best person to fix our economy and keep our country secure.”

“There’s lots of reason to think we’re starting to have some wind at our back.” The Page

Oh For Fuck's Sake! I have been very patient with this quixotic journey, but I am running out of patience with this bullshit. Give it up already.

1. eh, I'm not worried.
It's propaganda. They need to keep the illusion that she'll take it to the convention, because that's the only scenario in which she would get the nomination at this point, and they need people to keep giving money to the campaign.

2. After the Dean/DNC co-fundraiser with Hillary/Obama, she won't need to....
She will have siphoned money from Obama, enough to ensure she will REALLY fuck-up convention.

Thanks Howard Dean and the DNC.

9. How many delegates do they have? And do they do primaries or caucuses?
And do you have any recent polling data from there?

5. It's long past time for the
rest of the superdelegates to get together and declare for Sen Obama. I don't think he'll run as strong a campaign against McCain but I'm only one vote. This primary needs to end.

12. She is playing with party leaders. They think she will bow out gracefully but she won't.
She is just stalling for time right now. She is trying to force the issue of her candidacy. They will have to push her out.

13. and that strategy untimately hurts Obama
if the party is seen as pushing her out, it will just add to the charges of misogyny--if it happens, the people who are public faces of the pushing have to be women, not African American, and (preferably) considered Clinton loyalists.

14. She doesn't care.
It's all about her....and Bill.

They might as well start their own political party: The Billary Party.
