Seriously it looks like she is fine. She has this DEBT but she also has $29.7 Million in the bank. She is basically fine.

5. Exactly. She could pay off all her debt right now if she wanted to.
But will she? My guess is: no.

2. How much of that $29.7 million is slated for general election only?
I never found that out. Unfortunately, that's quite important.

25. If she has plenty of money then why aren't small vendors being paid.
These bills are PAST due. Small businesses provided goods and services and have been STIFFED.

she has been FINANCIALLY IRRESPONSIBLE and I CERTAINLY don't trust her with running a country.

Hillary has $6.7 million in cash on hand for use in the primary -- but she's more than $19 million in debt ($8 million if you subtract out her personal loans to the campaign).

Despite Raising $22 Million In April, The Hillary Campaign Is In The Red
By Greg Sargent - May 21, 2008, 1:43PM

Okay, here's some more detail on Hillary's fundraising numbers for April. The $22 million they announced raising for last month doesn't tell the story.

The bottom line: The Hillary campaign is in the red right now.

Here's the rundown. The Hillary campaign confirms to me that when you factor in Hillary's expenditures, right now they have $6.7 million in cash on hand for use in the primary.

Please stop making shit up. You know we're just going to find out anyway.

21. I wasn't making it up
there was an LA Times article earlier that said $31 but they changed it to about $20 then I found this

POUNDS "pounds' is the funny part POUNDS

Althought the fact (as I read here) that some of this money is GE money means that she isn't all right after all.

10. I was in the slow math group in school but if you have $31 m in debt
and $29.7m in the bank and you pay what you owe to all those folks who trusted you and provided their services, doesn't that leave you $1.3m? Am I missing something?

13. Most of that money is earmarked for the GE
and cannot, by law, be used for primary expenses or debts.

a shitload of money. What is she doing to make the money to pay the people she owes?

18. And one more question...why isn't there a rule that you have to pay off your outstanding
debts before you go on and probably incur more. This system sucks.

23. What about after the Convention?
Can or cannot the GE funds be used at that time to pay back loans made to the campaign?

My research has found differing opinions none of which seemed authoritative.
