The Truth
Senator Clinton and Senator Obama are Politians. Obama is not the messiah and Clinton is not the Goddesss of Peace. They represent different wings of the party and different ideas on how to win in November.

Senator Clinton is running on a traditional way and the way things have been run for the past 20 years with minor adjustments. She used that strategy in the primaries by focusing on large states and party machinary in those states. Senator Clinton's fundraising approach till March was very old school. She's been campaigning like its 1996.

Senator Obama is trying to change how the game is played. He did that in the primaries by devoting resources into smaller states and running up the total and by investing in building grass roots political organizations months ahead of the primaries in those states. He also did that in his fundraising approach.

You can't compare the maps because Obama's strategy is going to be entirely different than Clinton. Obama is not going to try to re-run 2004 and 2000. He is going to run as if there has been an effect fundamently on the country after 8 years of Bush. Senator Clinton is going to run as GOP lite on international affairs believing that the GOP has the advantage there.

The choice right now is about whether we re-run 2000 and 2004 and hope people are mad at the GOP or if we run a new style of race and hope for a better outcome than 2000 and 2004.
