What if Obama just ignores Hillary? What if he just lets her throw herself
around the room and stomp her little feet and demand attention.

What if he just carries on; The obvious nominee en route to the General Election.

I know he kind of already is, what I want to know is this:

What's the worst thing that can happen? What can she possibly do? The worst thing she can do is create a floor fight at the convention, right?? SO WHAT?

What if Hillary threw a fit and nobody cared??

1. That seems to be exactly what he's doing.
Allow HRC to quietly self-destruct, letting her campaign become more irrelevant with each passing week. When the polls repeatedly show Obama+Whoever polling in the teens above McCain/Rottencrotch, the party and everyone else will "get it"-even if she does not.

2. That would work if the MSM would ignore her as well
Otherwise they will keep bringing her up whenever they get to ask Obama questions.

6. They really need to stop covering her!
Do they follow Edwards or Kucinich every day, following their every move? Just like those two she's a previous candidate.
(although unlike her, they do have morals and a sense of decency, but that's another thread)

5. Want some even more fun? He'll "name" his VP nominee by June 15th.....

...and with two months of the media and public getting used to his choice being on the ticket, there's no way that Hillary will be able to mount a floor fight to get named the VP during the VP roll call.

The delegates won't overturn the decision Obama campaigned on all summer.

15. I think that's a great idea.
Naming the VP early. Where did you get your info that he's planning on naming the VP that early?

And how will he be able to vet VP candidates that quickly?

11. Yeah, I think that's what he's doing
I'd like to see him go to Puerto Rico to campaign, but he can position it as General Election good will, and not even mention her. I don't want another wipeout this close to the end.

But, in the end, it's a done deal, and to waste time with her is to delay focusing on the real target: the failed policies of GWB and his successor John McCain.

we should follow his lead her on DU. I intend to. Far less stressful.
