Setting the Record Straight: Gore Vidal is a Hillary Supporter (BBC Hardtalk Interview)

In today's (May 22nd) BBC Hardtalk with Bob Sackur, Gore Vidal clearly stated he was a Hillary supporter.

There was some misleading discussion that went on in the location below:

In the show he slammed both JFK, for Bay of Pigs and Vietnam escalation.

And, he slammed Obama's rhetoric as a Chicago Liberal cliches...

He also slammed McCain as "Mr. Magoo"...

that's just what he does...

He cut through much of the BS that IS the current race for the presidency...

McCain is Mr. Magoo...

Obama is unknown with (Chicago liberal) cliches for rhetoric...

He likes Hillary because he knows her best...

EITHER, would be completely better than McCain... according to him.

I found it interesting another expat like myself views the race in almost exactly the same way concerning all the candidates.

My support for Obama consists of exactly what my sigline says...

Vidal would like to see Obama and Hillary like two old-fashioned Roman Consuls!

That doesn't seem like such a bad idea to me either.
