For those who are not fans of General Electric's MSNBC propaganda
Six minutes of watching and you are a "hit" for their bottom line!

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO BUY WHAT NBC IS SELLING? Don’t watch and think before you buy.

I unplugged cable–-pay to hear the propaganda of Chris Matthews & the team that made Bu$h a contender against Gore?

Gore “lost” the debate with Bu$h because the expectations were set so low for him and Gore rolled his eyes at being on stage with such a moron! NO!

Kerry introduced a bill to de-consolidate media, which is absolutely necessary if we are to have a real democracy. He was trashed by NBC.

General Electric owns NBC and MSNBC is a joint venture with Microsoft.

“A nationwide boycott of MSNBC advertisers will begin tomorrow including Toyota, Nationwide, Geico, Enterprise Car Rental, Lenscrafter, Hotels.com, and Johnson & Johnson.”

1. So it seems we knew which side you're on in the recent Bush vs. NBC row.
Edited on Thu May-22-08 11:04 AM by Occam Bandage
Seriously, could you be more transparent? Bush and NBC get in an escalating PR battle, and that week the "Hillary supporters" start demanding an NBC boycott?

6. So called Democrats now boycotting the ONLY network that might have at least
a few commentators favor Democrats over Republicans in the general election? Cutting off your nose to spite your face?

Because there is nobody on CNN, ABC, CBS, or Fox that will not be pimping actively for McCain this fall that I can see.
Correct me if I am wrong. Maybe Cafferty.

10. Msnbc is the best of the three
Edited on Thu May-22-08 11:46 AM by MattP
Rachel Maddow is going to get a show on Msnbc pretty soon and they are definitely the best of the three networks so if I was to boycott they would wouldn't be the one. Now the network that has adopted a Lou Dobbs mentality like Cnn has I might consider a boycott on. I don't even think of Faux as a network.

11. The truly crazy thing about this is all the MSNBC anti-Obama propaganda
that gets spewed every day by Joe Scarborough, Pat Buchanan, Dan Abrams, David Gregory, and guests like Clinton supporters Joan Walsh, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, Mike Barnicle, Lisa Caputo, GOP operative Michelle Bernard and many others.

Chris Matthews may be anti-Hillary in his ravings but he is NOT pro-Obama but pro-GOP. All his talk about "regular people, white working class people" is as thinly disguised a hit job on Obama as his former ravings against Gore and Kerry.

This boycott is targeted against the ONE loyal pro-Democrat host on television: Keith Olbermann, until February 08 a Clinton supporter.

Reminds me of the Nixon enemies list

12. MSNBC is far and away the best out of the 3 big cable networks.
If you're looking for a place to lay the blame for Hillary's loss, try starting with the idiotic campaign strategists who didn't understand proportional delegate counts and thought that "inevitability" was a winning campaign theme.

13. Just because you don't like hearing the truth MSNBC is spewing,
doesn't make it propaganda.

This race is effectively OVER. It has been OVER for weeks!
