Hillary doesn't want the MI and FL issue resolved.
Per Rachael Maddow.

Thats why she moved the goal posts today ....again.

Having this issue UN-resolved gives her an excuse to take this train wreck to the convention.

So when she is out there crying about "seating the delegates in MI and FL" ...she really doesn't want them seated ...just yet.

1. Triangulate and obfuscate
Rove learned it from the Clintons.
They are the true masters of these dark arts.

2. Agreed....not too long ago Bill and Terri M said they would settle
for sitting half of the delegates....the Obama camp said okay.....and then surprise, surprise like you said Hillary's camp moved the goal post....because they never expected Obama to give them their original request.

4. Nine days
IF it's not resolved by the time the R&BC meets, it's goign to the convention and we lose.

No doubt about it.

IT would take about 90 super delegates endorsing Obama to insure that the R&BC could seat the delegates AS-IS to make it a moot point.

Otherwise, it goes to the convention and PResident McCain takes office on January 20, 2009.

And it is all because one woman is a complete and utter psychotic narcissist.

11. Baloney. The world does not end in 9 days.
Relax. After the last primary, we'll have a candidate. The SDs don't want this to last past then either. Including Pelosi and her band of SDs.

14. Yes, it does
If the R&BC comes down with any decision other than seating the full delegations of Florida and Michigan AS-IS, Clinton uses it as an excuse for a floor fight.

And McCain wins.

19. I'm not willing to get quite so frantic as you are. We'll see.
And I seriously doubt McCain will be winning anything once our candidate and McCain have a serious debate.

5. No, it's because she's a kind, caring individual
who deeply loves our democracy, and feels the pain of every soul with a dream to vote for her, and is bludgeoned by Howard Dean's iron fist and Chicago-style backroom deals.

How am I doing? Anyone buying this?

I really am listening.

9. I think she wants it resolved, but she doesnt care about the voters in Florida or Michigan
She's parading around pretending to be for the voters, but in reality its all about Hillary. She wont compromise to get the delegates seated because its not about the voters having their right to be heard. ITs about her having the right for her voters to be heard.

25. Tell me more...
Obama is the leader up to August. She goes to the convention. The will of the people is overturned and now Hillary is the nominee. Now half of the dem party is devastated beyond belief. How does she get them to vote for her with only 2 months to change their mind?
Really, how does she do it?

and Michigan. Do WE want to start acting like rethugs and the majority RW SCOTUS? Let ALL the votes and voters be counted. obama has NOT been doing very well in the last several KEY states. BO is unelectable with the TOTAL ELECTORATE.

28. So overthrowing Obama in August
sets up a Hillary win in Nov?

I am not trying to be mean but no black would vote for her and most all other Obama supporters wouldn't either out of madness.

Now if the rolls were reversed I am sure the same would happen with Hillary's voters. They consider her the winner and in August they find the rug was pulled out from under them and now Obama is the nominee, he would also lose 90% of her voters.

Let MI and FL get their voice in in June. We can not go any longer then that.
If Hillary then wins I will back her and slowly others will too. But not if this goes to August because she disagrees with every proposal and offer from the DNC and Obama...

History shows that when this goes to the convention the dems lose. There is not enough time to bring the party together, period.

I still believe HRC will show her great leadership by uniting the party AFTER she becomes the nominee.

30. You are right..
As long as we agree who ever wins this and we vote for the nominee we will be fine.

Now if we can get the millions of other dems to pledge that..

Oh goodness this is getting scary..

15. Whenever a problem is someone's 'rice bowl,' the LAST thing they want is a solution.
She benefits (or believes she does) by beating the drum and NOT by settling.

The FACT of the matter is that there is no "solution" ... since the voters (in Michigan, at least) were dissed.

It's NOT about a busload of insiders tkaing a vacation in Denver. It's just NOT.

It's about INVESTING in the voters ... campaigning, spending campaign money, and FACING the voters.

There's no possible way to unring the January bell.

It's a FUBAR and she and her surrogates had a BIG part in creating it.

She's a total stereotype of the worst kind. Lying, cheating, changing the rules as it suits her. I thought that was what the Republican party was all about. :-(

Cancel the meeting on the 31st, kick her ass off the stage and let's get on with the GE.
