clarification on 2025: does that include FL and MI, or if FL & MI are included is the number higher?

1. The number goes higher if FL and MI are included. The new number would depend
on how many delegates from FL/MI are added. If they're added completely (which most likely won't happen), it goes to 2210.

3. There are 4049 delegate votes at the moment. With MI/FL, there are 4420. If you seat

half, you get 4234.5 (half delegates do exist). Half of that would be 2117.25, meaning the number for a majority would be 2118.
