The time is fast approaching for us to work together. The people's lives are depending on it. Don't forget that.

5. I am more concerned about the apology of all of us if we fail to bring health insurance to our dying
brothers and sisters.

20. why apologize - she meant it. just like her Iraq war vote
what good are apologies if someone is supposed to be so f'ing brilliant
and then they say/do things like this?

2. I do not think she meant it maliciously but it was certainly a terrible gaffe
And needs to pay the consequences in having a few days of bad press

6. No, no....Keep It Up
By all means.

It's doing everyone real good.

It's a good, quick jolt of happiness for Obama supporters.

The sugar high will last a while.

And then you guys can all figure out November together.

Since the Obama geniuses have it nailed down already.

12. Whoa!
I'm bitter?

About what?

Obama's the guy.

So go figure out November.

I'm tired of it.

I keep trying to figure out November and it doesn't add up.

I see 1972 all over again.

But no one on here wants to listen and its all a bunch of short quips of bullshit.

So, I'm going dormant for a while. Doesn't mean I won't be voting Dem in November, but this place has become fucked up and freaked out.

It sure wasn't like this in 2004.

And it damn well wasn't like this after the selection of 2000.

13. Like I said, bitter.
Obama is not McGovern, there IS no Eagleton, and Walker Bush is certainly not Milhous Nixon. I repeat for clarity - Obama is not McGovern. If you really agree that he's the guy, then take another look and you'll see why. He's already working on November, and there's no one better to do it.

At the rally in Michigan (Metro Detroit) he had 200 people show up.

The campaign told the press at the last minute that it was an "invitation only" event.

The guy that introduced him has already endorsed McCain.

Like I said, I wish us all the best.

7. No, Obama's campaign staff may have "the grace" to not complain, but I sure as shit will.
She needs to be forced out of the campaign ASAP for both the health of Obama as well as our Democratic Party.

16. if this was the first mistake, it can be easily forgiven.
but the history of denegrating a fellow democrat is not.
news for you - Obama is better than that and has proved it. Hillary can try all the dirties she has but it's not going to help now, it will only bury her. Obama is solid. Hillary is a liquid liar.

17. this wasn't her first time invoking assassination regarding Obama
it was the third.

She just didn't get called on it properly the other times, and
those other times weren't on video.
