I just don't get this Hillary Comment Uproar!
She raises the RFK Assassination for the 2nd time, (fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me)she apologizes to the Kennedy family and regrets that some took the comment incorrectly. Yet some defend her.

I have to admit it, I don't get it! How can anyone support these comments and actions?

1. Most of her supporters get wet dreams thinking something would happen to him
That's why! Most of her supporters aren't even Democrats. They'd love to have Obama knocked off so no black man would become president. That's why they defend her comments.

29. Do you fight mental health? Your comments are way off base
Edited on Sat May-24-08 05:25 PM by BenDavid
accusing HRC supporters of wanting a human being killed. WOW! Maybe you should see why you thought assassination first when you heard those comments and not understanding the comments were meant that campaigns can run into June.

I have no qualms with what HRC said. There was no harmful intent meant in her comments yesterday or those made several months back. Or as RFK Jr. said, " I have heard her make this reference before, also citing her husbands 1992 race, both of which were hard fought through JUNE. but I think it would be a mistake for people to take offense." I take him at his word. If the son can see the truth then I cannot dispute him and I take her comments for what they were intended to be......a long campaign....

Shalom
Ben David

2. They are the Democratic equivalent of bush's 28%
No matter what she does they will defend her.

Like georges 28% there is no logic to them.

Arguing with them is futile.

3. I don't get why anyone's feathers are ruffled over this
It had nothing to do with Obama. it's not a gaffe. I's not a miss-speak. I's nothing.

Well that's not even true --it's a historical fact, that when taken in context says nothing other than that she recalls JUNE as a date --because everyone who was alive in June of 1968 remembers it was JUNE.

I think ya'll have lost your fucking minds.

The only "gaffe" Hillary made here --is apologizing for something that needed no apology.

But then -- she's a lady, and was no doubt sorry anyone was offended by such an innocuous comment, cherry picked out of a 45 minute interview which even if you watch the short clip available online --you'd have to be a complete and utter fucktwit nutjob to make a big deal over.

4. Then why not just say that Kennedy won CA in June
Why bring up his murder as an excuse to stay in the race?

14. and she answered
that it isn't uncommon for candidates fr the nomination to be around in June.

To say that she said it's "in case something happens" is just fabrication --and incredibly EVIL fabrication.

5. Obama is the one who needs to apologize to Hillary
For allowing his supporters to make a mountain out of nothing. It just makes him look foolish. But I could respect him more if he apologized.

28. Incorrect
She could have said a lot of other things. The first time you get away with a misspeak, the second time means you have something else going on. She and you are not being honest.
