1. ...
Delegates will be split in half in FL and a 60 (Clinton)-40 (Obama) split in MI.

2. 50% of the delegates in both FL/MI, with Obama getting MI's "uncommitted"
Any resolution of MI needs to give Obama some sort of realistic support there.

3. They'll decide to delay any ruling
Because both sides will feel better about having no ruling as opposed to a compromise.

5. Assuming "based on actual voting" means that Obama would likely get those MI delegates...
that went to his now-endorsers, I voted 50/50.

9. If they don't seat the pledged delegates 50-50 with no superdelegates
Edited on Wed May-28-08 03:33 PM by rocknation
The DNC will render themselves moot and open the doors to anarchy. It's the only way they can enfranchise the voters, reject the illegitimate primaries, punish the real culprits, reinforce the good behavior of the states that did obey the rules, and maintain their authority.

10. Other ...
Florida (halved):
Clinton – 53 pledged delegates
Obama – 34 pledged delegates
Edwards – 4 pledged delegates
Unpledged – 2 add-on superdelegates (other SDs won't be allowed a vote)

Michigan (first halved, then split 50/50, if it is even counted at all):
Clinton – 32 pledged delegates
Uncommitted – 32 pledged delegates free to choose, but 90% of them will end up going to Obama
Unpledged - 3 add-on superdelegates (other SDs won't be allowed a vote)
