2. It looks like HIllary's best case scenario is that she ends the Primaries
on June 3rd needing 189 of the remaining 197 Superdelegates to be the Nominee.

And, Obama is set to end the Primaries with (his worst case) needing 53 of the remaining 197 Superdelegates to be the Nominee.

3. 2117is possible but I imagine Hill will reject the RBC decision
If it is 2117, Obama will pick up something like 30 or 35 out of the last three contests and need only 55 or so SD endorsements.

4. You think she's going to appeal to the Credentials Committee?
Is she taking it to Denver for an embarrassing National Stage Style Defeat?

Her ego couldn't handle that, and I believe she is smart enough to know that she will lose, and lose big in Denver. If she drags this on, the supers will embarrass the hell out her.

5. I believe she won't stop until she "wins"
Delegate count won't matter because she will say that all delegates can change their mind until the convention.
She WILL appeal to the Credentials Committee.
The lawsuit that was just dismissed today will be appealed to a higher court.
She will appeal the RBC ruling on Saturday (unless they give her EVERYTHING - which just won't happen).

It will take her being voted down at the convention. Even then she will likely have to be drug from the stage - clutching the podium and screaming about the injustice. Even then she will likely try a lawsuit or appeal.

She's taking this the distance. She is beyond humiliation because humiliation takes into account what other people think about you. The only opinion Hillary cares about is her own - and we all know how much she thinks of herself.

13. If she can Fast Track the case to the Supreme Court (think Jim Baker)
5 out of 9 Justices will probably back her. It's pretty obvious the Republicans want to run against her, and not Obama. :-( She's got the Bush* playbook memorized and knows what she has to do next.

16. It can rule on any appealed case it chooses to accept
That's its prerogative. Yes, it is scary.

Sam

PS I am glad you reappeared, Rocky.
