A late season Clinton VP selection will cost us the General Election
My opinion only

Until Clinton went negative, Obama led McCain in national polls while Clinton lost. Her negatives went up as did Obama's. The only winner was John McCain and the Bush Junta.

Clinton's negatives are astronomical as an individual candidate, at both ends of the political spectrum. It's my belief, barring an act of the almighty, she has NO HOPE of winning the General Election.

In fact, if this race does not end soon, freeing Obama to properly campaign for the GE, without Clinton snarking and sniping at him, even HE will not have much hope.

Obama has the proven ability to campaign and turn polls around. He will be hamstrung, already is, by a protracted nomination process. Adding Clinton to his coat tails in August, leaving us only ten weeks till the General Election to campaign, will cripple us.

Overcoming her negatives AND coming from behind to win the hearts and minds of the majority of Americans, will prove a nearly impossible task.

One can hope... but plan for the worst.

Register voters and pray to whatever Dieties you dig.

1. Fear not, cranky soul, Clinton will not be invited to the dance.
She burned that bridge months ago.

3. I guess I was just responding to some knuckle-heads and intellectuals here
that keep harping on this "unity" meme

most get screened out with my blessed ignore feature... but occasionally one pops through

it gives me a righteous "case of the ass"

4. Don't let HRC muscle her way on the ticket! Barbara Boxer for VP! (maybe Stabenow, Sebelius, etc)
