Lets say all of the Super Delegates come out and back Obama next week.

Is it really official until they vote in Denver?

Is there anything stopping Hillary from waiting until the official vote in Denver to end her campaign?

Pelosi and Gore and all the party heads can say Obama is the nominee next week but until the real vote how would they stop Hillary?

1. ...stop her from doing what? Nothing is "official" until the campaign, but once he hits
2026 (or whatever the RBC decides the new number will be) she no longer has any sort of a path to the nomination. Nobody can "stop" her from "campaigning," but what would she do? Run around talking about how she should have won? They can't very well tie her down and stick a cork in her mouth, now can they?

7. Her path to the nomination would be
convincing superdelegates to change their minds. They are in no way locked in to their candidate until they vote at the convention.

4. It Won't Be Official
And it will stop nothing. Tonya Harding is with us at least until the convention.
