He'll pick up more SDs between now and June 4th. The number will probably not change as the Hillary Camp has signalled strongly that they will not accept the RBC decision.

This Phleger brouhaha doesn't even qualify as a scandal. It'll be gone from the scene by tomorrow, and it won't make a single SD switch from Obama to Clinton, or inhibit more than a handful of uncommitted SDs from endorsing him.
