I wonder how many people understand the profound significance of the recent subpoena of Karl Rove by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Gad, the election returns from 2004... I remember watching some of this in real time on DU that night. After everyone else had gone to bed, the CNN website numbers kept changing with no explanation.

The caging list e-mails thing is unbelievable. Palast to 60 Minutes Producer: "That's reporting. Don't worry, it won't hurt you. Try it." Burn.

It takes a while for him to draw everything together and make his point, but Greg Palast's conclusion is clear and stunning. Election fraud and the atty firings are dovetailed: the perpetrator became the prosecutor. Rove MUST be compelled to answer the subpoena to appear before Congress. NOW.
