I couldn't believe it when I read it, and some people speculated that it might be a joke. I hope so...

7. It seemed like a Jewish solidarity joke.
I was completely :wow: and :grr: when I first read it but after seeing the question and context I don't think it is quite the same.

He is still acting like an idiot - i.e. why would he expect any Dems to vote for him. He better start providing some reasons but I sure as hell haven't seen any yet.

9. Jewish Republicans. There is no shortage of Jewish Democrats in the Senate.
