1. Sorry. Not "almost" ..... not even close.
It's the great paradox ...... Barack would have beaten anyone in the GOP .... and a Democrat would have won the election regardless.

(that's not really a paradox, but you know what I mean)

9. Yeah, but see, here's the thing, no one voted for them....
.... not even the Republicans. They're slowly coming out of the woodwords and admitting to it.

I'm not even sure McCain's mama voted for him at this point ........ or Todd for that matter. :)

Wasn't close at all. Go outside and look at the moon ..... i'll wait for ya .........

....... see how far away that is? It wasn't even THAT close.

14. That's STILL too close. For Palin to be anywhere near the white house? Here is how far it should
have been. Far enough away so that Palin and White House were never ever, EVER mentioned in the same sentence.

4. ROFLMAO
But I do have to protest the suggestion that Tina Fey would ever utter such idiocies, other than on a comedy skit...

7. I read a post here earlier today suggesting we better watch out!
She only had a week to prepare. Next time she'll have 3yrs of training and knowledge under her belt and she's going to be tough! :scared:

17. It wasn't that close
If I recall Obama won pretty decisively. It's the first time in my life that I remember a presidential candidate giving a concession speech on the night of the election. When they said McCain was about to concede shortly after 11, I remember being like "already?" I guess that's how it went in 1996 too but I was 12 at the time so I don't really remember.
