Jim Cramer Plans Revenge on Jon Stewart
 Good luck, Jimbo.

Jim Cramer Plans Revenge on Jon Stewart

The new issue of TIME magazine, coming tomorrow, features a chat with CNBC's Jim Cramer, in which he comments thusly on the famous attacks on him by Jon Stewart: "No one wants to suffer a beat-down. No one wants to be humiliated or embarrassed. I was shocked at behavior. I wish he knew about my background, and I wish he knew about a lot of things that I had done, because I think he would’ve thanked me instead of attacked me...I think the attack on CNBC and the attacks on me were gravely misplaced. It was rather remarkable in that it was so clear that his goal was to just destroy me. One day he’ll answer for it.”

4. He needs to learn "The Law of Holes."
He will never get revenge. Jon Stewart will just find a way to mock anything he does. Stewart also has a huge audience, and that doesn't even count the brazillion views on Youtube.

7. So true
Stewart has a built in advantage, simply because he's a comedian, and by his admission it's his job to point out the inconsistent, hypocritical, absurd and just plain funny.

He said it best when he interviewed Cramer: (I'm paraphrasing here) We're both snake oil salesmen. The difference is that I admit that I sell snake oil.

9. Brazilian views on YouTube?
And here I was thinking that in order to see the 'Brazilian' views, you had to go to those "other" video sites.

;)

all in good fun

12. Brazillion -- another one of those Insider DU references to a Bush joke
Probably before your time, so you never saw it. I must have seen it posted on DU, oh, maybe a Brazillion times:

Donald Rumsfeld is giving the president his daily briefing. He concludes by saying: "Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed."

"OH NO!" the President exclaims. "That's terrible!"

His staff sits stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching as the President sits, head in hands.

Finally, the President looks up and asks, "How many is a brazillion?"

5. Right now the best thing Stewart can do is ignore this idiot.
Stewart got the last laugh in. He humiliated this idiot on national televison. Theres nothing left to do. Walk away with your head held high.

8. And yet Cramer was apologetic on the Daily show, promising to do better.
Is he now admitting that that was a lie?

10. What a moron. Stewart explained that it wasn't about HIM until Cramer made it about HIM.
What a child.

11. Jim Cramer is as good of a stock picker as there is in the world
He is also the worst stock picker in the world.

Nobody can pick stocks (unless they have inside information - that is why Senators outearn the market by a large margin).

Picking individual stocks is impossible. But so many people do it then (statistically) there are some who pick many more winners than losers. These people are known as lucky. They too will fail if they continue to pick stocks.

I did exactly the opposite and made money.

15. cramer called for the discount window before the credit crisis
He actually freaked out about the fact that bernanke was raising the overnight rate and called on him to open the window. The result was that the rate increase pushed ARM loans so high that subprimers defaulted and the banking and derivative markets tied to those loans hit the floor.

Hes not all bad and in many cases he is good. I really don't know whats going on between him and Stewart but Stewart's job is to humiliate people. If he picks a bad target, then its a train wreck.
