What a non-sequitur.

Torture must be investigated and those find guilty prosecuted, because we signed treaties that mandate so.

Because their Rovian attack tactics don't work anymore. Pelosi will come out of this looking a lot better than they will because they've admitted it was torture now. They can't stuff it back into the box now and still pretend that it was 'enhanced interrogation' after they've been screaming that Pelosi was briefed on the torture.
