SCOTUS rulings expected this morning.
This is the anniversary of the shameful "separate but equal" doctrine, handed down by the Court in 1896.

7. No way to know
SCOTUS often releases opinions on Mondays at 10:00 am. (Since that is when they go into session). However, there's no way to know if they are releasing any particular opinions (or, indeed, any opinions), on any particular Monday.

12. Man, Reuters needs to lean how to include some facts in their article.
Such as the vote breakdown, and who wrote the majority and/or minority opinions, etc. It doesn't change anything, but I'd still like to know.

Thanks Rueters, I guess I'll check Google for the (very) basic facts.
