3. Those New Yorkers look to me like they're pleased to have the President
and the First Lady in town, pleased to have them as guests to their city, pleased to be downtown rooting for this high-profile couple to have a wonderful evening on Broadway.

When it's being done right, this is how it's done.

14. I LOVES me some New Yorkers ....
Those who cut them down without cause are simply envious ....

There is no more vibrant and exciting place to be than in Manhattan ... in Times Square .... On Broadway ...

After a 40 year absence (less two visits), I would hope to one day go back for good ....

20. WOW - Those people looked pissed!
:sarcasm:

Like the sarcasm tag is needed.

Ya know what?
Screw the Republicans.
One thing I have learned about Republicans, is that they are all wrapped so tight they have no idea how to have any FUN.
Every single one of them has a corn cob stuck up their ass, I swear.
They wouldn't be happy if Obama went to the freaking airport and rented a car from Hertz and DROVE to NYC.

"Oh! Why did he have to rent such a BIG car!"
"Oh! He rented a CAMRY! What he can't rent a 'mericun car?"
"Oh! his car had SATELLITE RADIO! He's an elitist and he probably was listening to Air America or the uncensored comedy channel!"
"Oh! he paid his tolls using a credit card! Probably a taxpayer funded credit card!"

ASSHOLES.

Hey-I'm nearby and I go in all the time. Believe me when I say, that I've never seen a crowd like that in this city.

But we've never seen a rock star president like him, either.

47. Right , can't wait to see it ~ I've met August Wilson
and it was such a magnificent experience.

A friend of mine had an "Afternoon with
August Wilson" at her home. It was fantastic.

He talked about his life and then answered our questions about his Plays and stayed to socialize with us.

Lovely--- and I can't wait to see this play.
