Have any of you heard anything on any of the morning shows?

1. I didn't watch this morning....I didn't want to hear about date rape

3. Yeah...
there was a lot about "reverse racists" but mostly it was people asking Repubs. if they agree with Rush/Newt/etc. on those comments. They all said no.

2. If you are referring to Obama/Michelle's night out, the Repigs are furious
http://news.aol.com/main/politics/article/obamas-in-new-york-city/452442

They didn't compare their trip to NY to George's trips to the ranch, but I guess they just aren't the same...do recession, although George was working hard to get it going.

There is a poll, which when I looked, was in favor of them taking the trip, but you can bet they aren't going to pass up a chance like this, what with GM announcing the filing of bankruptcy tomorrow.

5. Yes, but I saw NO discussion of it on any of the Sunday shows this morning...
even though Repubs. are furious about it. I just took the poll in your link and 65% give it a "thumbs up."

15. It was on CNN's "Reliable Sources" and it was CRAP as usual...
NOT A SINGLE MENTION OF THE WAR CRIMINAL'S RECORD HOLDING VACATION TRIPS TO THE PIG FARM, either...

6. Oh...MSNBC...
at least that's not considered one of the Sunday shows that'll get quoted on another show. I hate that ANYONE tries to make it an issue.

7. I agree with her.
It wouldn't be good for them to make it a habit.

But the Obamas aren't stupid. I'm sure they have no intention of doing it often. Occasionally maybe (and they deserve it)... often no.

I don't begrudge them this night out in the Big Apple. More power to 'em!

Rather than concentrating on what the Obamas are doing on a Saturday night, the ReThugs need to be focusing on some ideas to help this country get out of the mess they put us in.

8. But this was a promise to his wife-to go see a Broadway play after the election. It wasn't
to see a Broadway play habitually.

9. Yeah, it's just the gossipy little
minds snipping that they wouldn't make a habit of it when they don't really know what they're talking about.

Just celebrity rag tv at its lowest..grr.
