2. Her Name Is Sylvia Allen

I wasn't certain of the correct spelling. She represents Az. House District 5. And....She has her own website! Lots of goodies there, including a section devoted to "Quotes by Clarence Thomas".

what you want is AZLD 5, which covers eastern Arizona, drawn in Gila, Greenlee, Graham and southern parts of Apache and Navajo, i would assume Clifton to be the base.

ie no where near the valley. ;)
