1. Recc'd, though I wonder...

how many people who think it's O.K. to defy the Federal government on medical use of marijuna, were opposed to SB1070?

For the record, I believe legal adults should be able to smoke, drink, shoot or swallow any damn thing they want, on their own recognizance (though I would very strictly control use of antibiotics, for obvious reasons), and I am against illegal "immigration".

America, thy true toungue is hypocracy accented with inconsistancy.

Reus sim.

2. How long before the legislature overturns the measure?
If I recall this is the 3rd time the citizens of the State have passed such an act. The 2 times before the State Legislature over turned the measure. If I recall correctly the first time they flat out said "the citizens had no idea what they were voting for."

I say about time, Tucson needs decent herb...no more bricks soaked in diesel and moldy Mex weed!

The law is fairly similar to New Mexico's who should see their law overturned by this spring (according to our governor elect who has promised to overturn our law).
