Drinking Liberally this Sunday
Ttucson progressives and DUers! I know you are all looking for an excuse to get out of the house Sunday afternoon and what could be better than getting together with like minded folks, meeting new friends and enjoying some free entertainment.
here is what Drinking Liberally is offering for your pleasure and edification.

TOPIC/TITLE: "Budgets and Deficits and Debt, Oh My!"
WHERE: The Shanty, 401 East 9th Street (corner of 9th Street & 4th Avenue)
WHEN: Sunday, July 17th, 2011; presentation starts at 7:30pm

"Do the Federal budget, deficit and debt seem like scary, untamable beasts? Are you confused, overwhelmed and concerned that the proposed cuts coming out of Washington are threatening the American Dream? We’ll break it all down in a fun, visual presentation and debunk a few myths along the way. Come learn about the trends and policies that got us here and what we can do to reverse them."

Presenter: Andrea Witte of   www.ConnectTheDotsUSA.comand owner of Witte Design — a graphic design & advertising business in Tucson for 18 years. ("Witte" is pronounced like "witty")

Come on by! It's fun. Did I mention that it's free? They will even give you popcorn. Sadly, they will probably not give you a pony but hey! It's free!
