Redistricting Measure IS Back on the Ballot for Special Election

I'm busy Friday night through Sunday afternoon, read my news regularly, and I miss this important piece of news. I would've created a new story so people know, glancing at the news stories makes it seem that the initiative was struck down and that was over. NOT the case as the state's highest court restored it and put it back on the ballot.

Note: a temporary appointment to Janice Roger Brown's replacement and one justice not attending may have made the difference in securing a 4-2 outcome (don't know much about the politics of the justice who did not attend, so the outcome may be the same).
