David Gans will be in North Fork performing 5/17 evening

(North Fork is on the way to Yosemite in the foothills, beautiful area)

David Gans is best known among deadheads for his "Dead to the World" radio program.
It's a Grateful Dead-centered show that airs in Fresno on KFCF, FM 88.1, via Berkeley radio station KPFA, FM 94.1.

Gans is also a musician in his own right, a singer/songwriter who, of course, throws in some Grateful Dead covers.

He's coming to the area on Saturday to play a concert that doubles as a benefit for KFCF.

* Gans will be in North Fork, performing at 6:30 p.m.
Saturday at North Fork Town Hall, 33060 Mono Road.

Tickets to the show cost $10, $5 for students and seniors. Tickets are available at the door.

A dinner of homemade soup and salad will be served for an additional $5, and beer, wine and soft drinks will be available.
