There weren't enough signups over here. We Democrats here are so isolated in the Near North it is hard to find each other.

11. I went to the meetup this Wednesday

Five people signed and confirmed to go to the Black Rock on the North Side. I was the only one of the five to actually go there. But one other DUer saw the notice of the meetup and decided to show up anyway. It was nice sitting around over a couple of beers talking about everything and of course bashing Bush.

This was my second time to meet other DUers, and both times I've met really nice people who were so easy to talk with.

Did anyone else attend a meetup?
