Chicago area - protest Cheney @ a Jack Ryan fundraiser 6/4 4:30pm.

I got this in an email from the DNC:

Come support the Democratic Party and protest the appearance of Dick Cheney when he attends a fundraiser for Illinois Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, Jack Ryan.

We will protest Cheney's role in Halliburton's no-bid contracts in Iraq. Bring a sign and show Dick Cheney that he's in John Kerry -- and Barack Obama -- territory!

i didn`t get an invite. i was invited to denny`s big meeting in dekalb a few months ago but not an invite from uncle dick. i guess i sent my check to late...

i wish i had more notice of this. i have something to do tonight. isn't there a protest tomorrow? looking around for the email i got about it. can't find it. i will look again after i walk the dogs.
