Indiana joins court fight on health care
Should have known our wacko AG would join the nonsense bandwagon.

INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller, a Republican, announced Monday that Indiana will join 13 other states in a legal challenge of the recently passed federal health care law.

1. Geez. Even Kentucky isn't joining in.
It's sad, but stuff like this makes me more glad to have moved down to the Bluegrass. And that's scary when you think about it.

2. Does this really surprise anyone?
I am however, "shocked, shocked" there might be a
political agenda in play here.

3. Of course, I would love to know what role our worthless excuse for a Governor has had in this.
Mitch Daniels is one ugly, nasty, little guy, and he was a real Republican sourpuss the day after healthcare passed. I'm bettin' his grubby little paws got mixed up in this. There is simply no limit to the mistrust and contempt I hold for that little fiend.

4. Does anyone know of a petition

for people that oppose this?
It would be different if anybody that couldn't afford insurance could get on the HIP program, but my daughter tried and was told she couldn't because the program had maxed out on people without dependants. She has a pre existing condition which makes private insurance too high for her to afford when she only earns $9 an hour. The only way she can get on HIP is if she pops out a state dependant child first. Fortunatly she has a very high tolerance for physical pain.
