Reminder - end of reporting cycle - contribute to your candidate

of choice if you can, makes them look good for reporting. Donations until 12/31/05 will count and for most can be done online. For me, my man is David Loebsack. We need to get rid of that lead weight Jim Leach. Here is Loebsack's website:

We have three good candidates here and I am as yet somewhat undecided. So I am not giving anything at this time. Braley sends me mail for money all the time because I asked him a question, Gluba sends me the same because he suported the same Democratic candidate as I did in '04. Quite frankly, it kinda irks me because, as I said, I have made no firm decision as yet. Oh well, I'll support whoever comes out of this race on the Dem side, because they have to be better than Nussle, Whalen and co.

3. That's what I did!

With a three-way (or five-way) primary in the 1st District I haven't contributed yet, but it was an easy decision to give Loebsack $$ last reporting period (we gave Dusky Terry money this time around - he's our choice for Ag Secretary - and obviously we gave Culver money before that..that's all we can do is give to one candidate each period).

Unfortunately with a few unexpected bills, the Christmas season, a loveable girlfriend, and a huge clan of neices and nephews to spoil I wasn't able to afford a donation this quarter.

I feel bad, but I sure look forward to helping Mr Loebsack put Leach out of office! I am very optimistic about this race. Even those of you outside of his district, please do all you can to get him elected. A dollar for Loebsack is a dollar against the current status quo.
