8. Culver winning Woodbury County

These results will come into the statewide numbers in about 10 minutes from what I understand. Should give Culver a bump, Blouin a small bump, and will reduce Fallon's numbers.

I don't know if they tabulate those Optic Scan machines on site or physically take them to the courthouse. If they have to transport, it might be they just haven't gotten there and gotten tabulated yet.

The county I am monitoring (Lee County) . has a large absentee ballot advantage going to Blouin 3 to 1. This could prove interesting by the end of the night.

Lee County has a population of 40,000. No it is not a Scott, Linn or Polk County, but it is a strong democratic stronghold.

Very gracious speech just concluded. Classy guy who put up a great fight against the odds. I hope he finds a spot in leadership here in the DSM community. He is tremendously popular, young, and full of great ideas. I suggest a draft Ed for Mayor campaign. Make DSM a world class, progressive city.

He has handled himself with dignity and class that some of our other politicians can only envy. He also prompted at least five people I know to change from I to D just so they could vote for him. No doubt we haven't seen the last of Fallon.
