Mr. Vilsack Goes to New Hampshire

Vilsack to meet key activists in New Hampshire

Iowa Gov. Tom Vilsack is scheduled to meet influential Democrat activists in New Hampshire Wednesday, as he makes his first visit to the traditional lead-off primary state as a potential 2008 presidential candidate.

Vilsack, who is in Washington, D.C., plans to travel later today to
Manchester, N.H, where he has private meetings planned before Wednesday's public events.

5. So who is running Iowa while Tom Vilsack is in New Hampshire?

Does this mean that being governor of Iowa is a part time job, like being mayor of What Cheer? Maybe Vilsack could agree to take an unpaid leave of absence because he is absent from Iowa?

Reminds me of the joke about the President of Notre Dame, Fr. Theodore Hesberg (sp). What is the difference between God and Fr. Hesberg? Answer: God is everywhere. Fr. Hesberg is everywhere BUT Notre Dame.

So what is the difference between God and Tom Vilsack? Answer: God is everywhere. Tom Vilsack is everywhere BUT __________________. ;-)
