Not in Iowa, but did you see the deal Hatesrt pulled?

Bought some isolated farmland way out past the Chicago with some 'partners'. May have been under his wife's name. Then last year he ramrods though a bit of pork that runs a major hiway passed his property and he is able to sell it to developers for a cool $1.8 million profit. Boy, is that luck or what?
Pretty sharp for a dumb old wrasslin' coach. And the really cool thing is that no body noticed.
