State plans 'infallible' death penalty: Mitt is at it again
First, he wants to utilize and century-old law that prohibited out-of-state interracial couples in Mass. to gay couples. Now he is wasting his time trying to bring back capital punishment.

Why doesn't this man focus on our state's piss poor economy rather than focus on efforts to discriminate against gays and the poor (most recipients of the death penalty are poor and minority).

3. I thought Murkowski sucked, but this is something. What is happening
with Mass? Also, this no liability for not helping gays if you are a
doctor thing in Michigan(?). It's getting scary out there.

the State Legislature is like 98% Dem and hates him.

He is trying to leave his mark on the one term he'll serve as governor.

2. The real problem
with the death penalty has already happened. The labs will accasionally screw up tests. There was one lab just sending out results without doing the tests. They were found out, but it could happen again. I don't want anyone killed for someone elses screwup Not even the SCREWUP pResident. Mitt is a moron too.:mad:

So it's doubtful that it will get through. I can't stand that guy, but it would be nice to see him do something good for a change.

He is dangling red meat in front of the idiots who listen to Rush, Hannity, and Howie Carr and getting them worked up. They are his political base and his platform for national office. He knows this will never win in this state.
