Republicans in Orange County?
Oh yes... apparently they exist.

Check out their website:

http://www.orangencgop.org/

Then take the quiz:

My personal favorite quote from the site:

"The 3 best decisions I ever made were asking my wife to marry me, joining the church and becoming a Republican."
Walter J.

4. When I was an undergrad...
I remember the term "North Orange Republican" used a lot, and finding it hard to believe...until you visit the territory above Hillsborough. Then you see what they're talking about when folks from up there say they wish Chapel Hill and Carrboro were annexed into Durham County. And, in return, you kind of wish THEY were the ones in another county...man, those folks are backwards!:eyes:

B-)

6. Plus there are a growing number of wealthy retirees and business
executives moving into new housing developments in and around Chapel Hill. The whole damn place is moving to the right.
