Cornyn, DeLay Tout Medicare Drug Discount Card To Texas Seniors

US House Majority Leader Tom DeLay and Senator John Cornyn Wednesday touted a new Medicare drug discount card. They praised the plan during a stop at a church in Houston. The cards, for which seniors began enrolling earlier this month, start arriving in mailboxes next week.
