AL FRANKEN will bring his political insight and razor wit to the 2005 Houston ACLU Gala. In addition to a speech by Mr. Franken, the evening will include jazz, appetizers, a silent auction, sales of Mr. Franken's new book The Truth (with Jokes), and a book signing. Presentation of the 2005 Civil Libertarian of the Year Award and Lifetime Achievement Award also will be made.
