Honestly. All of this backbiting and bullcrap that's going on in the TDP chair race. That nasty email from the DCYDs and a zillion other little tiny stories that got passed around via email or on the grapevine that I could tell you. Why should I waste my time, why should I give myself an ulcer, why should I burn energy on this? There are better uses of my activist energy than this useless pissant party where people seem to be mostly involved in stabbing the crap out of each other rather than working hard to try to get something accomplished for the future.

Sometimes I think humans deserve to become extinct. We're certainly trying hard enough to accomplish not much of anything. :(

I am really NOT looking forward to this convention.

We had a nice turnout at the Flying Saucer for the Blogger's Caucus/DU caucus. Crispini is right about the bull crap which is not nice to deal with. It will soon be all over, except for those backbiting memories.

You do make a difference and you know darn well that fixing the Democratic Party is the only hope for other activist efforts to succeed. Civil rights, Privacy, Schools, Health care, and the Environment are only going to survive and grow under the Democratic party mantle. You know the Greens will never be able to do it and the Republicans won't.
