This has got to be the funniest account of that job. I love his description of going Cartman. I finally got to meet Stace Medellin at the Mex-Am Caucus. Really nice guy. I missed him at the blogger's caucus and the Hispanic caucus. He has a great sense of humor.
Dos CentavosA suggestion to my friends (and enemies):Highlights of the tabulation: I almost got into a fistfight with someone after a discussion ensued regarding the county's caucusing to vote for the Chair. At one point, I even think I sounded like Eric Cartman from South Park: "You will respect my authoritahhh!!" Then, I had to become the "nice guy" after one of the tabulators and another guy from our SD almost tangled and I had to jump in between. "Don't push it!" someone was told after being told to back off of the tabulation team. THEN, if you recall, there was a LONG delay during the first Chair vote count--it was me! Or my tabulation team. There was one outstanding vote that wouldn't compute and we couldn't decide (as a committee) what to do with it. I wanted to throw it away, hide it, or split it in half. Hell, we could have gone to the official tabulation committee and let them do the math! Nope, we waited around 45 minutes!!! In the end, we split it.
