2. Can's we get the bastards tombstoned?
The all just recently joined, they are obviously violating DU rules by advocating voting for a repuke over a Democrat.

Let's dig them some graves.

Those damn people from Georgia though, they really ticked me off. Just as much as the Kinky , Strayhorn shills. What's up with that? When the hell did we go messing in GA politics?

10. Yeah, me too
if they like Kinky so much, they should convince him to run as governor there to screw them up. Texas has enough problems, the last thing we need is to add to it by have a joke as governor.

11. You shut them up, 'tho. I'm amazed at how many see Kinky as a "novelty".
Pretty scary to hear that from "Dems".

14. Maybe not a novelty, but certainly a joke...

I still think his campaign is a scam. A public relations move to drive up book sales or something. I just can't take this guy seriously.

My girlfriend and I were at Katz's deli here in Austin one night, and a bunch of people came in to get signatures for Kinky. They asked my girlfriend to sign, and she signed to get the bumper sticker, but they didn't ask me. I guess I'm not that inviting, or I don't look as dumb as I think I do. :dunce:

16. PR for sure. Sounds like he hired some LaRouche kids for the signatures!
They are pros at pretending they are espousing Democratic causes, while giving away bumper stickers.

Charlatans, all.

and one of the perks of my job is internet access. So at least I'm being paid while I do this. :P

And really, I'm usually a lurker, but I couldn't pass it up today....it was too much crazy Kinky Krap.

20. Sorry I missed the fight!,
because I would have added to the debate the fact that there are still other candidates that always get left out. I don't understand why the other candidates are never included in this debate. They are on the ballot regardless if we acknowledge them or not, they will have people who support them.....

How do you think the Libertarian Party's candidate will also effect Perry's numbers?

I would also have included the Green Party's candidate, but apparently they will not have a candidate on the ballot, but they can write in the candidate if they so choose.

I found this on wikipedia, and thought it was an interesting read.

Of course I will be voting for Bell, after all he helped to shine the spotlight on BugBoy and everything that was wrong with the ethic committee's arsine plan to not investigate congress' unethical behavior.

As Colbert would say "Bell had the balls to stand up to this corruption."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_gubernatorial_election,_2006

At the bottom of the page is the latest polling data form various sources.

The Libertarian Party was not included in this poll, so we still don't know how this will affect the race!

22. Anyone writing in the Green candidate for governor
Will have to leave the space blank. They have no one. The only four greens running write-in campaigns are:
Charles Waterbury for Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court.
Lee Jeronimo for Texas Supreme Court, Place 8
Jeff Glatz - Commissioner of Agriculture
Herschel "Rusty" Tomlinson - U.S. Senator
